The toll box is a physical device, so unlike a vignette it ships to you. Here is the flow.
What arrives
The device is delivered to your address. Toll boxes are shipped within 7–10 business days, and up to 14–21 days to more remote regions. We ship to all European regions. Each box contains the toll device, a windscreen mounting bracket, and instructions covering how payment works and how to use the device. Because it is a physical product, it carries the standard 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases (unlike digital vignettes).
Fitting it
The device mounts on the inside of your windscreen, usually behind the mirror, following the included instructions. Once it is in place there is nothing more to set up per country.
How charging works
At a toll gate you use the electronic-toll lane; the device is read and the toll is recorded automatically across all five countries (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Croatia). One device, one account, no per-country activation.
