Nature of the Service — Independence Disclaimer
VignPass is an independent commercial intermediary and reseller of road-usage products (digital e-vignettes and a physical EETS toll-payment device). VignPass is not a governmental body, a national road or toll authority, an official vignette operator, or an agent of any such body, and is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.
The products we offer can normally be purchased directly from the relevant national authorities or operators, in many cases at the official price only. When you buy through VignPass you pay the official cost plus a VignPass service fee for the convenience, consolidated checkout and support that we provide. You are under no obligation to use our service.
All trademarks, names and logos of national authorities and operators remain the property of their respective owners and are used, where necessary, only to identify the relevant products.
Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR)
