What exactly is the toll box? +

It is a small electronic device (an EETS transponder) for your windscreen. It works with the automatic toll lanes, so the barrier reads it and lifts — no ticket, no cash, no stopping.

How does billing work? +

Tolls are charged automatically for the roads you actually drive. You can follow the charges by app, email or SMS, and you only ever pay the real toll plus our flat service fee.

Which countries does one device cover? +

One device covers the electronic-toll lanes of Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Croatia. Choose your main country to order — the same device works across all five.

How is it delivered? +

We ship it to your door within 7–10 business days by post or DHL across Europe. Delivery is included in the price.

Can I return it? +

Yes. As a physical product it keeps the full 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK) if it is unused and returned complete. See our Refunds & Withdrawal policy for details.
