How does the toll box work? +
It is a small electronic device for your windscreen. You drive through the automatic (electronic) toll lanes, the barrier reads the device and lifts, and the toll is billed automatically — no ticket, no cash, no stopping.
Where do I mount it? +
Behind your rear-view mirror, on the inside of the windscreen. Peel the backing, press it on, and it is ready. The quick-start card in the box shows the exact spot.
Can vans use it? +
Yes. It works for cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes and roughly 3 metres in height — the standard light-vehicle toll class in all five countries.
Does it work on all the tolled motorways? +
It works on the electronic-toll lanes of the country’s tolled motorway network. On the rare stretch that only takes manual payment you pay there as usual, but the main tolled motorways are covered.
How am I billed? +
Tolls are charged automatically for the roads you actually drive, and you can follow the charges by app, email or SMS. You only ever pay the real toll plus our flat service fee.
